Committed to reducing plastic in the best way they know how, by reusing 100% Australian land waste plastic to package their hair care products. As eco-leaders in the hair and beauty industry Pure Haircare hope others will follow their lead.

Pure Haircare bottles are made from 100% Australian recycled land waste plastic in an effort to create a circular supply chain. This chain takes recycled plastic and processes it by sorting, shredding and creating pellets that are then used to make their plastic bottles. In doing this, Pure Haircare estimate they will rescue over 100 tonnes of plastic from reaching landfill in Australia each year.
You may notice a variance in colour with the new package, this is due to the land waste plastic creating a soft grey undertone. As well as minimising landfill, Pure Haircare have also reduced the amount of plastic used in the new bottles, reducing the amount of plastic being introduced to the environment.
Not only are their bottles made with recycled land waste plastic, but their brochures and posters are printed on carbon neutral 100% recycled paper that’s processed in a chlorine free environment. Soy inks are used in the printing of all their marketing collateral, making it more environmentally friendly and the paper easier to recycle and further minimising their environmental impact.
