Price Guarantee
We will beat any Advertised Pricepoint
Eligibility:
(1) At the time of purchasing the product from a Price Attack store, the customer must provide evidence to the satisfaction of staff of the store, a current advertisement which is, on the day of purchase of the product from the Price Attack store, being advertised in at least one of the following ways:
broadcast on commercial radio; and/or
broadcast on commercial television; and/or
published in a daily newspaper (other than in the classified section); and/or
published in a local newspaper; and/or
printed in a catalogue of a local competitor of that store.
(2) The current advertisement of the competitor must include a clear offer of the unconditional sale to the public of a product identical to the Price Attack stocked product.
(3) This guarantee is subject to the availability of that product within the Price Attack store from which the guarantee is called upon.
(4) This guarantee does not extend to services in the salon.
