Is washing my hair everyday bad?

There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to shampooing your hair, at the end of the day it's a personal choice. Washing your hair removes dirt, odour and sebum - your body's natural oils. Take into consideration your lifestyle when asking, is it okay to wash my hair every day? If you work out every day or live in a humid climate you might want to wash your hair every day, compared to someone who isn’t as active or who lives in a cold clime.
