Disappointing, not true to description

"Supposedly ceramic but appears to be plastic. Should be ceramic on the inside of the tines to retain heat and help to shape hair, but is in fact a padded material and not fit for purpose, not suitable for blow drying and shaping as expected of a paddle brush. Unfortunately bought online, postage costs make it uneconomical to return"

Loved it until-

"This hair brush is amazing definitely my favourite! The only thing is after about a year of use it broke at the handle. After this happened I bought a second one and that on eventually broke as well. Because of this I won't be repurchasing but maybe if you have thinner hair then I this won't happen."

It broke

"I had this brush almost a year and it broke at the handle. I was pretty good up until then, but the plastic isn't as strong as it looks"
