Hair FX Lightweight Perm Rods 9mm Hot Pink 12pc creates uniform shape curls from root to ends. Perm rods are slightly concaved, allowing for a snug fit against the scalp once hair is wrapped around. These rods are perfect for creating tight to medium size curls. 9mm diameter.

How to Use
Sectioning hair, wrap a perm paper around the dry ends of your hair. Place rod over the perm paper and roll up as usual. Follow perming instructions before removing rod & paper.
