Redken Thermal Spray High Hold 125ml is a heat protectant and hair holding mist with mega control. It holds your tightest curls or flat ironed looks in place all day and night. Thermal spray hair mist protects your hair from heat up to 232°C and allows you to change up your style between washes by applying heat to reactivate the formula.
Benefits:
For curling or flat irons, mist on dry hair section by section. For a roller set, mist on damp hair. Depending on hair length, 2-4 pumps of spray per section will deliver the right amount. For damp hair application, slightly more is recommended. Style with hot tool of choice.

This product is so bad, it’s glues all your hair together and rips it all out. If you try to style it it looks terrible. Do not buy this.
It holds the style all day, hair is shiny and no frizz. I found for my fine hair type, the key is to brush out the product after spraying a mist onto a section of hair, then using the heat ironing tool for best results.
