By purchasing, activating, using or attempting to use a Price Attack Salon Voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws. If you purchase a Price Attack Salon Voucher for another person, you should ensure that person is aware that they will be bound by these terms and conditions.

Price Attack Salon Vouchers can be purchased in-store only. The value shown on a Price Attack Salon Voucher includes GST. Any person who has a copy of your salon voucher can use it and it is your responsibility to keep the gift card safe.

Your Price Attack Salon Voucher can only be redeemed for salon services from the Price Attack store listed on the voucher. The voucher cannot be used for the purchase of retail products or online. The voucher must be presented at time of appointment.

Price Attack Salon Vouchers:
(a) cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized claim code;
(b) cannot be redeemed for cash;
(c) cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen;
(d) cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases;
(e) cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other Price Attack Gift Cards
(f) cannot be resold; and
(g) are non-refundable.

Any balance on a Price Attack Salon Voucher does not accrue interest. No change is given and any balance remaining on the voucher can be used in whole or part against future purchases until the total value of the card is exhausted. Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift certificate requires the use of a cash, eftpos, credit card or other payment option we offer to complete the transaction. If we suspect any fraud in relation to the redemption/use or attempted redemption/use of a Price Attack salon voucher, we reserve the right to refuse redemption/use until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred. We may also request identification be provided when the Price Attack voucher is redeemed/used.

Price Attack Salon Vouchers are valid until 31 December 2026. Once your Price Attack Salon Voucher reaches the expiry date, any unused value cannot be used or redeemed by you and will become the property of Price Attack. Price Attack Salon Vouchers cannot be cancelled by you once they have been purchased. We reserve the right to cancel a Price Attack Salon Voucher in our absolute discretion and in doing so we may elect to provide you with a refund or replacement.

You are responsible and liable for the use or attempted use of your Price Attack Salon Voucher. We will not be liable for any lost or stolen Price Attack Salon Vouchers. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage either in negligence, tort, breach of contract, breach of warranty or for any other reason or cause whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with a Price Attack Salon Voucher or these terms and conditions. Any liability we have to you will be reduced by the extent (if any) to which you caused or contributed to the loss or damage.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions be publishing amended terms and conditions online. We are under no obligation to give you notice of the amended terms and conditions. If we believe that there has been a clerical or accounting error with your Price Attack Salon Voucher, we reserve the right to make an adjustment to the balance in correction of that error. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Queensland. If any part of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain valid and enforceable.
