Frizz and knots galore!!

"After being an avid “balance shampoo”user, I thought I would try the “curl fresh” range since it had good reviews. My hair absolutely hated it. It went insanely frizzy and I’ve never had such matted hair. Even having my hair tied up would result in crazy knots that would take forever to brush out. And this is even after deep conditioning and using extra conditioner to soak in after every wash with this shampoo. I’ve gone back to balance shampoo and my hair is slowly getting back to normal. Now I have 1ltr refill to throw out."
