Nice but leaves tangles

"I used this with the matching shampoo. The first few washes were good then the conditioner started being difficult to get the tangles out of my hair whilst conditioning. I finger combed, added more conditioner etc but it left tangles and was difficult to wash out. After 3 months of use my hair has lots of tangles when dry now. I've stopped using it."
