Products never arrived. Terrible customer service
"1/4 products arrived. After waiting 3 weeks, I contacted them, their answer to where my products was: I've had my team investigate this order and we have found that the order had declared dangerous goods (40 vol) and the weight that was declared for it was the correct weight for all items ordered. Now I am still waiting on 3 products, essential to be able to dye my hair, and no response to my email asking if they're going to be sending them. I have ordered through price attack before and have never had this terrible customer service. I paid for these products and no one can tell me whether I will be receiving them or if I now have to have brown hair as I can't dye my regrowth. What's going on price attack!!?!!!!"
