"Was recommended this colour and despite knowing better I used it, not my first rodeo with SPS tint. It always dries out my hair terribly. Anyhow as usual it dried out my hair, left it feeling like straw and did almost nothing to the overall colour. The girl told me it would neutralise the red in my hair (I was personally choosing a more ashy tone & she suggested otherwise) it did almost nothing. I'd give it 0/10 if I could."
